Our rentals are well equipped to make your stay comfortable, relaxing, and homey. For your family convenience, well-equipped kitchens have an electric range, refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. They are furnished with dishes and cooking utensils. Available are two local dining facilities, the Lake Harris Lodge and the Newcomb Cafe and Campground. A comfortable living room boasts a futon and easy chairs. Outdoor firepits and lean-tos at both locations for evenings by the fire. They each have a screened porch for wet evenings with comfortable seating and a table for cards and board games. Wifi is available at both locations. Both locations have comfortable Adirondack chairs around the firepits and inside the lean-tos as well as a hammock ready for serious napping.
Tracy Camp has a screened porch with a popular place to sleep and relax, while listening to the rushing river. Tracy Camp is equipped with a high chair, child's desk, and bed rail. Access to the water is gradual. From the deck you can see the west branch of the Hudson River flowing peacefully by. Rustic stairs lead to the loft with two double beds. A private bedroom has a Queen Size bed. Tracy Camp is situated right on the water, with a large, shaded lawn. Adirondack Chairs, the large porch/deck, and the sound of the water ensure your comfort and relaxation.
Cabin in the Woods is located near Flat Brook and offers a secluded environment, peaceful, and quiet with all the comforts needed for a relaxing get away. A family of four can enjoy this cabin or hunters can relax after a day in the woods.
Local things to see and do:
The outdoors calls, with a wide number of activities. Swimming at the Newcomb Town Beach, canoeing or kayaking on any one of the many local lakes, hiking on hundreds of miles of trails, attending an arts performance or concert.

Climb Goodnow Mountain, a challenge that even young children can accomplish.

Visit the Santanoni Great Camp. You can hike in or schedule a horse-drawn wagon to take you.

Go to the Adirondack Experience or the Wild Center, two world class facilities.

Visit the Newcomb Historical Museum and discover some of Newcomb's rich history.

Fish the local streams and rivers. Recently opened to the public are state owned woods and waters, for fishing, hiking, paddling, and horse trails.
