RATE Tracy Camp: $1,000/week for a family of six (single family occupancy). Additional fees for more than six.
RATE Cabin in the Woods: $900/week for a family of four max. occupancy.
DEPOSIT: 50% Non-refundable deposit required, balance due upon arrival, NO credit cards accepted.
RENTALS: Week/Month/Seasonal - June – October, Weekly Sat-Fri. Arrival after 3pm and departure by 10am.

Tracy Camp is on the west branch of the upper Hudson River headwaters. It is secluded and private on the riverfront. It is moderately priced yet has the amenities you would expect to pay much more for. Cabin in the Woods is located near Flat Brook and is also secluded and private. Our rates are normally for one week, Saturday afternoon through the next Saturday morning.
